DW Fabrications specialise in providing an array of fabrication services including the following.

Stainless Steel Pipework

Metric pipework 15mm dia up to 600mm is offered as standard.   Sizes outside this range can also be produced.
Installation when necessary is carried out by experienced fitters.
Pipe supports are designed and custom made to suit each installation if required.
CAD drawings and design can be provided, or projects supplied to customers drawings.

Stainless Steel/Mild Steel Fabrications

Tanks, walkways, ladders, showers, schedule pipework and custom structures can be designed and detailed using CAD.
All the necessary manufacturing equipment is onsite: 1,000 square metre workshop, 7.5 tonne crane, brake press, folder, guillotines and rollers.
Site installation is also available.

Mild Steel Telecommunication Towers and Platforms

We have manufactured and installed over 200 mild steel galvanized telecommunications towers and platforms for companies such as Orange and H3G.

Aluminium Fabrications

Aluminium walkways, platforms and custom specified structures are manufactured and installed by our experienced personnel.

PVC-U Plastic Piping

We supply and install PVC-U piping for chemical, water and compressed air installations.

Design and Drawing Service

Qualified design and detail drawing staff and full CAD drawing facilities.

Maintenance, Installation and After Sales Service

We have a fleet of vehicles to provide swift and responsive maintenance and breakdown cover, as well as an installation and delivery service.
